This report houses the flood resilience guide informed by you, our stakeholders! Drawing directly from local knowledge, lived experience, and collaborative dialogue, this section weaves together a range of contextual and engagement-based information essential to understanding flood risk in the area. The Process Report includes formal acknowledgment of the local Native American tribes whose historical and ongoing relationship to the land and waterways predates modern infrastructure, as well as documentation of catastrophic flood events that have shaped community vulnerability and response.
