Who we are!

This fall, the UMass Amherst Planning Studio is working with Windham Regional Commission to assist the four towns of Dover, Readsboro, Whitingham, and Wilmington, Vermont in planning for possible futures that take into account climate risks, demographic shifts, economic change, and community priorities. We are using a scenario planning process to advise the creation of functional tools to help community stakeholders in planning for a future that they can be proud of.
